Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 to 14 days of the original purchase date. After that window, purchases are final. Refund requests are processed by PayFast, our payment processor.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through our GitHub Discussions or via Discord within the refund window. Include the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until then. After the billing period ends, your account moves to the free tier. Your companies, agents, and history are preserved.
Payments processed by PayFast
Payments are processed by PayFast. All purchases are subject to PayFast's payer terms and applicable South African tax law. PayFast handles payment processing, capture, and settlement on our behalf; tax collection and invoicing are handled by Company Agents directly.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We take billing accuracy seriously and will work with you to resolve any issue.
