01Who pays for LLM tokens?
You do. Company Agents runs your own CLI adapters (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, OpenClaw, OpenCode, Hermes, Pi) which use your own API keys. We don't markup tokens. We don't proxy your traffic. Add-on subscriptions cover the convenience layer, not your inference bill.02What can I actually do on the free plan?
Everything. Unlimited agents, workflows, pipelines, issues, integrations. All 8 adapters. Local + cloud runners. The catch is wiring: you set up your own scrapers, hook up WhatsApp yourself, host your own dashboards, write your own workflow templates. The add-ons exist for the bits you don't want to wire.03How do add-ons work?
Each add-on is an individual monthly subscription, $5 to $15. Pick exactly what you need, cancel any one without losing the others. Average customer subscribes to three. No tiers, no seat minimums, no bundles to navigate.04Why bring-your-own-key only?
If we resold inference, every customer's spike would be our risk. BYOK keeps it profitable to give the platform away free. You get the model you choose at your provider's actual price. We keep the lights on selling the convenience layer on top.05What happens if I cancel an add-on?
That feature reverts to the free DIY path. Your data stays, your agents keep running. Re-subscribe any time to resume the managed version.06Do I really need a GitHub account?
Yes. Company Agents stores per-project files in your own GitHub repos so you keep ownership of your data and never share rate limits with other customers. The platform installs a GitHub App in your account; you authorise it during onboarding. Required on the free plan too.07Is the marketplace separate from add-ons?
Yes. Add-ons are the eight first-party power-ups we build and maintain. The marketplace is community-built plugins, agents, workflows, and pipelines, priced by their sellers (buy outright or rent monthly). Free to browse for everyone.08Is there a refund policy?
30-day money-back on any add-on subscription. Email us, full refund, no questions. Cancel any time after that and you stop being billed at the next cycle.
